2024 Specification books are available for purchase at our offices at 412 East Woodrow Wilson Avenue for $25 each or may be ordered for delivery for $35 each.
All orders, for pickup or delivery, must have a completed OSARC Spec Book Order Form.
All orders to be paid by check payable to the Mississippi Treasury
OSARC is unable to receive orders online or accept other forms of payment.
